- Toilet repair and replacement
- Garbage disposal installation and repair
- Removal and installation of shower heads and handles
Electrical:
- Remove and replace electrical fixtures including: outlets, switches, light fixtures, door bells, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, Security lights, ceiling fans.
Appliances:
- Installation and removal of washing machine and dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves.
Miscellaneous:
- T.V. Wall mounting
- Curtain/blind installation
- Picture and shelf hanging
- Mailbox re-level or replacement
- Screen repair.
- Interior and exterior door repairs
Cosmetics:
- Drywall repair and minor painting
- Exterior pressure washing
Fence repair
- Fence staining
- Brush removal
Dump trailer services
- Garbage removal
- Trailer rental
PRICING
Minimum fee of $125 + $75 per hour for a collection of small tasks.
Larger projects will require a review and an estimate will be provided
Areas outside of Marion County will incur a fuel surcharge (Minimum of $25)
